Contact & Ordering

Email is how every order starts.

Our preferred method of contact is email — mike@classicpokerchips.com — or use the form below to initiate an order. Please read the ordering guide first, and include as much detail as possible: mold, body colors, edge spots, artwork, and quantities.

Tell us about your set.

First-time customers are encouraged to use this form so we can collect the right details up front. We'll reply to collect full details, then send a detailed quote. Orders move to proofing once full payment is received — and you can still adjust colors or design at the proof stage.

We reply by email, usually within a few business days.

Good To Know

Payment, shipping & artwork.

Payment. Credit/debit card (PayPal as processor), PayPal, check, or wire transfer. Card/PayPal payments carry a 3.5% fee for US transactions, 5.5% international — non-refundable.

Shipping. Chip-only orders of about 600 chips or less usually ship USPS Priority Mail; larger orders UPS Ground (UPS Air international). Other orders ship by the cheapest suitable method unless requested otherwise. Shipping and handling are added to your invoice at cost. Certain sample orders ship from our UK office.

Delivery. We take every precaution against slowdowns, but all delivery promises and scheduled dates are subject to change.

Artwork. The easiest route is our Design Tool — design your inlays there and attach its print file (PDF). If you supply your own art, Illustrator is preferred; Photoshop or high-res JPG may incur a conversion fee. See Inlays & Artwork for the custom artwork templates.

Returns. No custom orders can be returned. Stock sets: 15% re-stocking fee, unused in original packaging, within 14 days, return shipping at customer's expense, refunds by original payment method. Ship returns to the address above.
