SHIPPING

Unless specifically requested otherwise, shipping for chip only orders of 600 chips or less will usually be by USPS Priority Mail, and larger chip only orders will usually be by UPS Ground (or UPS Air for International).  All other orders with be shipped by the cheapest suitable method unless requested otherwise.  All shipping & handling will be added to your invoice at cost.  All shipping will be direct from the factory in Maine except for certain sample orders that will ship from our UK office.

DELIVERY

While we take every precaution to avoid production slowdowns, some issues may arise that were unforseen or unavoidable.  Because of this, any and all delivery promises and/or scheduled dates given are subject to change.

PAYMENTS

We can accept payment via credit/debit card (using PayPal as our card processor), PayPal, Check or Wire Transfer.  Paypal or Card payments will attract a 3.5% fee for US transactions and 5.5% for international.

ORDERING

To place an order you can email us or use the form below.  We will then get back to you to collect full details after which we will send you a detailed quote.  For clay chip orders please see the conditions under the Clay Chip FAQ's also.  If it is your first order you are encouraged to use the form to enable us to collect certain information in advance.

Please supply as much information as possible in your order, including mold, chip body colors and edge spots, artwork and quantities.  Orders can not be progressed to the proofing stage until full payment is received and we will need all that information to quote.  Once you see the proof you will still have the opportunity to alter colors or design if you wish.

If this is a re-order or add-on, it would help us if you could supply a previous order number and/or approx past order date.  Please also provide your chiptalk name if you have one.

Artwork should be supplied in Illustrator if possible.  If supplied in Photoshop or as a high resolution jpg there may a fee for converting to camera ready art depending on complexity  Please refer to our templates.  We are unable to use any other formats.

CPC retains the right to use all designs for promotional material provided that it shall not use these designs on or in connection with chips for any other third party.

RETURNS

No custom orders can be returned.  Stock set returns will be accepted subject to a 15% re-stocking fee providing they are returned in the original packaging in 100% unused condition within 14 days of receipt.  Return shipping is at the customers expense and the original built-in shipping, handling and any electronic payment fee incurred by CPC will not be refunded.  The address for returns is at the top of this page.  Refunds will be made by the same method payment was received only.
